If a guide doesn't help you, reply to your order email within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price. You don't need to give a reason, and there are no forms to fill in.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your order email and tell us which guide it was. If you can't find that email, include the address you bought with so we can find your order.

When you get your money

We process refunds within 2 business days of your request. The money goes back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

After 30 days

Refunds are not normally available after 30 days. If something went wrong with your download or your order, reply to your order email anyway and we will make it right.

Problems with a download

If your download link doesn't work or has expired, reply to your order email and we will send you a new one free of charge. You never need to buy a guide twice.
